Quit Adobe Illustrator completely before installing.

Run the installer (.pkg on macOS, .exe on Windows) and follow the steps. On Windows, SmartScreen may ask you to confirm: choose “More info”, then “Run anyway”.

Reopen Illustrator: the panel is under Window › Extensions › Logotyps. Enter your license key from the panel, or start the free trial.

From version 1.4.0, the plugin updates itself from its panel: you will only need this page for a first install, or when a release says so.
